Doom of the North instance bugged?

I was playing through some epic books and I finally got to Book 14, chapter 15. I killed Strok, and my quest guide tells me that I have collected the Tham Mirdain key, but when I go to enter Tham mirdain, it says that I am missing the key. Any suggestions?
